Introducing Nomadful ID: a new way to share health data across apps, websites and places

With Nomadful ID, you can share your health data securely to log into authorised apps and websites from third-parties.

London, United Kingdom — A universal, inclusive and accessible health identifier that aims to solve some of the biggest problems the health industry faces nowadays is part of the latest update to the Nomadful mobile app. The new Nomadful ID is a digital pass that allows users to share their health data with pre-approved organisations, including medical centres, restaurants and event venues. Users can either share their health data online or using a code that can be scanned with the Scan Companion app, developed by Nomadful as well.

This identifier also sets new standards for privacy and data control on both the physical and digital world. There's so much that can be done with Nomadful ID. For instance, it packs a human-centred experience that allows users to select the data they want to share, when they want to share it. To accomplish this, the data is stored locally inside the user's device and, using a checkbox-based design, the scannable code on the digital pass changes instantly to show or hide information.

Nomadful ID was designed around customisation and inclusion. The digital ID allows users to select from three biological sexes, which are recognised by multiple regions worldwide. Additionally, this app feature includes an allergy selector, containing a list of the most common allergens worldwide; but if a user can't find their allergic reactions on the list, they'll still be able to add them using a custom input. Users can also give a personal touch by selecting a custom theme from a curated collection of colour-rich gradients and artworks.

Nomadful ID can be customised with gradients and artworks, and is ready to be used whenever you open the app.

Nomadful ID features all-around accessibility, and was built to be easily implemented into apps, websites and physical locations within minutes. Organisations can take advantage of powerful APIs, services and the Scan Companion app, to leverage the power of users' health IDs.

With support for over 30 languages and SDKs compatible with JavaScript, Swift and other programming languages, Nomadful ID offers a seamless integration experience into organisation environments.
