Nomadful, Ltd. dba Nomadful ("Company" or "We") respects your right to privacy and is committed to protecting it. The following privacy policy describes:

• The types of information we may collect from you or that you may provide to us when you download and use the Nomadful application (the "app", "Nomadful").

• Our methods for collecting, using, storing and protecting that information.

This policy applies to information collected through the app and other electronic communications sent through or related to it (such as support emails).

Please read our privacy policy carefully to understand our practices regarding your information. If you do not agree with this policy, do not download or use the app.

By downloading or using Nomadful, you agree to this privacy policy. This policy may be revised from time to time and may change. Your continued use of the app after Nomadful, Ltd. makes changes to this policy means you accept those changes.

Information We Collect

We collect information from and about app users whenever they provide it to us and automatically when they use the app. This information includes usage data and is not directly linked to you. We don't make any type of profiling with such data.

Information You May Provide Us With

Our company will only ask you to provide information to follow-up on support tickets or setup your account as a partner organisation. To understand how we collect the data we ask you to provide when you download the app, please read "Locally stored data" below.

If you're an organisation, we may collect data including company details and numbers government-issued IDs from team members and other information to verify its integrity.

Locally Stored Data

When you download the Nomadful app, we ask you to provide personal details with various purposes, including offering a tailored app experience and completing your digital medical record, also known as Nomadful ID. This data is stored locally inside your device, and it can only be seen by others (third parties, for example), when you choose to share it. Otherwise, no one but you, not even Nomadful, can access or view that data.

Locally stored data includes:

• Breathing minutes and total breaths

• Total mood logs and mood associations

• Journal entries

• Region

• Name (can be a nickname)

• Date of birth and age

• Blood type

• Allergies

• Medications

You can delete your information whenever you wish to do so. Just open the app, tap "Account", and then "Erase data".

How We Use Your Information

We use information that you provide to us to:

• Provide you with the app itself, its content, and any other information, products, or services you may request from us.

• Fulfill the purposes for which you provide your information.

• Comply with our obligations and enforce our rights arising from any contracts entered into between you and us.

Data Management from Third Parties

Nomadful protects your data by storing it in your device and obfuscating it when you choose to share it with third-party applications and other online services. Each service has its own privacy practices, which are independent from Nomadful's. California Privacy Rights

If you are a California resident, California law may provide you with additional rights regarding our use of your personal information. To learn more about your California privacy rights, please visit https://oag.ca.gov/privacy/ccpa

California's "Shine the Light" law (Civil Code Section § 1798.83) permits users of Nomadful that are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes.
