The following terms and conditions (collectively, "Terms of Use") govern your access to and use of the Nomadful application (the "app" or "Nomadful") and this website (collectively, "services"), whether as a guest or as a user.

If you do not want to agree to these Terms of Use or the Privacy Policy, you must not download or use the app or this website.
This app is available to users who are 12 years of age or older. By using Nomadful, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the app’s eligibility requirements. If you do not meet all of these requirements, you must not access or use it.
We may revise these Terms of Use from time to time. Whenever changes are made to them, you'll be notified if you're subscribed to notifications on the app. Your continued use of our services after Nomadful, Ltd. makes changes to this terms means you accept those changes.

The app and website, and their entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by Nomadful, Ltd. and are protected by international intellectual property and proprietary rights laws.
The Tent logo, the word mark, and name are also properties of Nomadful, Ltd.
You may only use our services for lawful purposes and in accordance with the present Terms of Use. You agree not to use them:
In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation.
To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including any junk mail, spam, or any other similar solicitation.
To impersonate or attempt to impersonate Nomadful, Ltd., a company employee, another user, or any other person or entity (including, without limitation, by using email addresses associated with any of the aforesaid).
To engage in any other conduct that restricts anyone's use or enjoyment of our services, or which may harm the company or users of the app, or expose them to liability.
In any manner that could disable, trammel, damage, or impair the app or interfere with any of our services.
To run any automatic device, process, or means to access the app for any purpose, including but not limited to monitoring or copying any of the material on the app.
To run any manual process to monitor or copy any of the material on the app, or for any other purpose not expressly authorised in these Terms of Use, without prior written consent from Nomadful, Ltd.
To run any device, software, or routine that interferes with the proper working of our services.
To introduce any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or other material that is malicious or technologically harmful.
To attempt to gain unauthorised access to, interfere with, damage, or disrupt any parts of the app or website, the server on which our services are stored, or any server, computer, or database connected to them.
To attack our services via a DoS (Denial-of-service) attack or a DDoS (Distributed Denial-of-service) attack.
Or otherwise attempt to interfere with the proper working of our services.
As a Nomadful user, you can use the Nomadful ID feature to share your health data securely accross physical locations such as hospitals, restaurants and venues, and applications and websites from third-party organisations, which may have privacy policies that are different to Nomadful's. It is your responsibility to review privacy policies from each company before sharing your health data with them, to understand how they manage and store such data. Whenever you're prompted to log into a third-party application or website using Nomadful ID, you'll see a shortcut to the third-party organisation's privacy policy.
After your health data leaves your device and the Nomadful app, you may enter into agreements with other organisations including privacy regulations and terms of use, which do not depend on or involve Nomadful, Ltd.
As an organisation using Nomadful ID, you have obligations which are detailed below. This section of our Terms of Use only applies to those utilizing any of the available Nomadful ID SDKs under a paid plan. You must agree to the conditions stated in this section to use our service as an organisation.
Your obligations
When signing up as an organisation, you agree to go under a screening and verification process with company members. You may need to provide government-issued IDs, company numbers and other records. We screen every company with no exception, regardless of size or relevance, to verify their legal status and ensure secure data sharing and handling to our users.
As an organisation, you must comply with privacy regulations and standards to handle health data from users. We may require you to provide us with details on your privacy practices.
Nomadful's rights and obligations
We have the right and obligation to cooperate and provide any legal authority with the information we request from other organisations to prevent further damage from data breaches and leaks. We provide this information regardless of the size or relevance of organisations.
We reserve the right to reject or remove organisations and their applications or websites from our services at any given point without any type of prior notification. Our choice may be final but your organisation has the right to appeal such choice.
Prohibited organisations
We cannot offer any of our paid plans or SDKs to organisations that:
Do not have a human-readable and detailed privacy policy or do not comply with CCPA / GDPR regulations.
Aren't based in the United Kingdom or any other region where Nomadful is available.
Do not use any type of data encryption algorithms and standards (including, but not limited to HTTPS).
Have an illegal, unlicensed, or unauthorised nature of business, or that may be inappropriate for audiences 12 and over.
Have policies or practices that may be harmful for the environment.
Or violate any of the aforementioned guidelines.
We may update the content on this app and this website from time to time, but their content is not necessarily complete or up-to-date. Any material on the services may be out of date at any given time, and we are under no obligation to update such material.
The Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy constitute the sole and entire agreement between you and Nomadful, Ltd. and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties, both written and oral, regarding our services.
