How to report something

To report app errors, interface malfunctions, misleading content, inaccurate translations, or any other type of bug or information that you believe Nomadful should be aware of, please get in touch with us at humans@nomadful.io so we can help right away.

When submitting a report, please make sure you include the following information:

• What's wrong: Briefly describe the error or situation you're experiencing with Nomadful.

• Date: Tell us when this happened for the first time.

• Screenshot: We optionally recommend attaching a screenshot of the error to your report message.

After submitting your report, a Nomadful member will be in touch with you as soon as possible.
